Visited napalm's on a Saturday evening with a friend. She had lobster ravioli which she says she always has, I ordered shrimp and scallop alfredo. Her meal was great! Mine was pretty darn good too. Quiet nice little out of the way place.

They have an espresso machine. Found this place just driving around SS on a Saturday evening. Quaint. The olive oil, garlic and basil sauce was well worth the $2.50! The calzone with meatballs substituted for sausage was great. Salmon Picatta was well balanced, with just the right amount of pasta for the salmon fillet. And the caper, white wine and lemon butter sauce was perfect! I really appreciated their ratios for the meat and carbs. The meat was not overpowered by the bread or pasta. I think this will be my new spot to hang out with dad.

Very good and pleasantly surprised. The only reason for four stars instead of 5 is just because I have had better, but not for this price, and the bar list is very limited. Nice ambiance. Great service. Rolls are terrific. Our table had the pasta sampler, Napoli's special, lobster ravioli, and tortellini siciliano, and all were great. We will definitely be back! Thank you Rebecca for terrific service.

The bread and my eggplant rollotini were both cold. Our drinks and the table in general sat unattended for the entire meal, as the waiter was too busy watching the World Cup to bother even to check on our experience. We've been here before and loved it, but based on this experience we will not be returning.

Extremely delicious and reasonably authentic southern Italian comfort food. Loved it, and the service was very good as well.

I am not from Sand Springs and going here, I do not see a lot of interesting places around in the small city. I was really happy that I went to this place! I had some italian dish, didn't even know because my wife is into italian food. I would eat here again. Bread: The bread actually was the best part for me. Homemade, it was different than a regular roll, it was like a knot or something, it was super delicious. They brought it out for free, but most people do that for free. The oil was not free, because it was all fancy but you have to order that separately. The bread on its own with butter was great though! Chicken: The chicken was a bit tough. I expected it to be better, but it was alright. I think chicken is normally this way in the dish that I got but the SAUCE was really good. It was like a lemon sauce with capers. I would try something else the next time I go here. Service: The service was fast and dependable so, no problems there. Ambience: It was actually pretty nice. It was roomy and not too crowded even though it was right after church on a sunday. All and all worth going again. My family said they loved their meals, so it might have just been the one I had.

I used to live this place, but not anymore. The last several times I've been I've been very disappointed. The waiter isn't friendly and I've often had to hunt him down for a drink refill. He doesn't check on you during the meal at all. I've tried giving them chances but I've had spaghetti that tasted like tomato soup on top, my last meal, the lasagna watt meat, cheese, and sauce with very little lasagna noodles. They also charged my credit card twice for one meal. I won't be going back again!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
